Refund & Returns Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed. Unopened bottles in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery subject to restocking checks. Opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Square within 5–10 business days after approval. Age-restricted goods cannot be accepted from anyone who cannot prove they are 18 or over.
