Distilled in June 2017 and matured for approximately 7 years and 10 months before bottling, this single barrel expression delivers remarkable concentration, complexity and individuality. Unlike small-batch releases, every flavour note comes from one individual cask, allowing the barrel's unique personality to shine through. Crafted from a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% wheat and 15% malted barley and aged in new American oak, it offers a rich and layered bourbon experience. • The nose opens with brown sugar, maple syrup, browned butter and honeysuckle, followed by dark cherry, prune and seasoned oak. • The palate delivers layers of maple syrup, cherry cola, raspberry compote, baking spices and dried fruit cake, supported by rich oak and warming spice. • The finish is long and complex, with notes of burnt sugar, tobacco leaf, mint, barrel char and lingering sweet spice.
