Produced in limited quantities, it reflects the growing reputation of Tennessee's craft whiskey scene. Made from a mash bill of 55% rye, 30% corn and 15% toasted barley, it is matured for seven years. • Aromas of vanilla bean, molasses, warm spice and toasted oak. • Tasting notes of cinnamon, nutty caramel apple, dark chocolate and sweet rye spice with a rich, full-bodied texture. • Finish of lingering oak, cocoa, caramelised sugar and gentle peppery warmth.
