Crafted using a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% soft red wheat and 12% malted barley, this Bottled-in-Bond bourbon replaces the traditional rye component with wheat to create a softer, rounder and sweeter flavour profile. Aged for a minimum of six years in Missouri white oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof under strict Bottled-in-Bond regulations, the whiskey delivers impressive structure alongside approachable sweetness and rich depth. The use of soft red wheat gives the bourbon a smooth texture while preserving classic oak spice and maturity. • The nose opens with peach, apricot, vanilla and buttery oak layered with gentle cinnamon spice. • The palate delivers creamy toffee, roasted nuts, caramel and dried fruit with rounded sweetness and toasted oak. • The finish is warming and balanced with lingering baking spice, soft pepper and mellow sweetness.
