Buffalo Trace #349 70cl was housed in Warehouse C, floor 2 and rick 48. Aged for 8 years and 8months in the finest American Oak Barrels with a yield of 288 bottles. • On the nose, expect warm aromas of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits with a touch of oak. • The palate delivers a harmonious blend of rich toffee, dark chocolate, sweet corn, and a hint of cinnamon spice. • Its finish is long and smooth, with lingering notes of brown sugar and toasted oak. Eagle Rare 10-Year-Old #076 75cl, was in barrel – 13th Feb 2015 and bottled July 2025. Warehouse C, floor 2, rick 048. • The nose is complex and inviting, with aromas of toffee, orange peel, honey, herbs, leather, and rich oak. • On the palate, it is bold yet delicate, revealing notes of candied almonds and deep, velvety cocoa, balanced by a dry, nuanced structure. • The finish is lingering, dry, and sophisticated, leaving a memorable impression of a truly refined bourbon. Weller Antique 107, #291 75cl, was put into barrel on the 18th Sept 2018 and bottled July 2025. Warehouse BB, floor 6 and located in Rock 005. • On the nose, delicate honeysuckle sweetness and floral lift give way to a rich wave of vanilla bean. • The palate is beautifully balanced—lush stone fruit, dark sugars, and rounded vanilla warmth are supported by well-integrated oak spice and subtle tannin structure. • The finish is smooth, long and confidently warming, leaving echoes of sweet grain, seasoned oak and lingering fruit.
